( Hamilton County ) - On Wednesday, a majority of Hamilton County Commissioners voted to put a sales tax increase on the November ballot that would pay for repairs to Union Terminal for 5 years.

The Cultural Facilities Task Force--a group that's been working for months to come up with a comprehensive way to fund repairs at both Union Terminal and Music Hall--says that plan is "inadequate." 

In a statement released on Thursday, the group calls what passed "poorly conceived and incomplete."

Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley says he's disappointed, telling 700WLW's Bill Cunningham that he believed there was an agreement with county leaders in place.
