(Tri-State) -- Weather forecasters say the conditions are coming together for a stormy Sunday.  Warm moist air from the south is set to meet cooler air, over Illinois and Indiana.  And the possibility exists for strong to severe thunderstorms over Ohio and Kentucky, as well.

The National Weather Service issued a Wind Advisory for the Tri-State until Monday morning, with southwest winds of 15-25 miles per hour, gusting up to 50mph.  Late Sunday morning, they added a Tornado Watch for much of Indiana, Western and Southwestern Ohio, and Northern Kentucky.  The watch means condititions are favorable for the development of strong to severe storms that could contain heavy rain, large hail, damaging winds, and possibly tornadoes.  The Tornado Watch is in effect until 8pm.

They also issued a Flood Advisory for Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton Counties, in Northern Kentucky, Sunday morning, after radar indicated an inch of rain fell, with another inch possible.
