Believe it or not, some of the members of the family weren't present for the shoot and had to be photoshopped in! 
 

It turns out, Kendall got sick that day and Khloe and Lamar were out of town for a Clippers game, so they used some digital trickery to add them in. Also added in at a later date was Kourtney Kardashian's partner Scott Disick.
