This sounds like something out of a movie. Except this guy ISN'T a hero who saved his wedding . . . he's a criminal. Because real life ain't Hollywood.
--On Saturday, just before 7:00 P.M., police spotted 23-year-old Timothy Thompson of Valparaiso, Indiana driving over 100 MILES-AN-HOUR, and he wasn't even on the highway. He was weaving in and out of lanes and came close to crashing a few times.
--He wouldn't pull over for the cops, but he finally pulled into the parking lot of Nativity of Our Savior Church . . . did a donut . . . and left a huge cloud of black smoke.
--Turns out it was Timothy's WEDDING DAY . . . and he was speeding to get to the church on time for his 7:00 P.M. wedding.
--We don't know WHY he was so late, but we do know his relatives were FURIOUS.
--The cops say several of them were SCREAMING at Timothy as he got out of the car.
--He was arrested for resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness, and reckless driving. He also got tickets for speeding and improper passing.
--And he did NOT get to be in his wedding before he was taken to jail.
