BRITNEY SPEARS and her fiancé Jason Trawick have called it quits.  He also resigned as her co-conservator, and Britney now has new management.  She issued a statement saying, quote, "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement.  I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends."
