Dave Thomas from San Bernardino spent a brief time in jail after failing to appear in court for traffic violations. But this caused his dog to get impounded! When he got out, he couldn't pay the whopping $400 to get his dog, Buzz Lightyear (awesome name) out, so he sat by the cage weeping. 

THEN photographer Maria Sanchez snapped his picture and made his story go viral! Once she put the picture on Facebook, people got together and collected donations to reunite the man with his best friend! This is such a great feel good story! What would you do without your dog?!
