Should reclining seats be banned from airplanes? A writer on Slate.com says ABSOLUTELY . . . the minor amount of comfort they give you isn't CLOSE to the major amount of discomfort they give the person behind you. But since there's no way to get everyone on a plane to agree not to recline, it's a vicious cycle where you have to do it because the person in front of you did.
