This is one of those times where the POWER OF FACEBOOK is used for PURE GOOD.

--James McConnell of Southsea, Hampshire, England is a veteran of the British Royal Marines.  He died last month at age 70, in a nursing home.  And James didn't have any known family members.

--The nursing home's vicar was worried that no one would be at James's funeral.  So he asked the Royal Marines Association to try to publicize it a little bit.

--They put a post up on Facebook asking people to come to James's funeral.  And it went viral.

--So last Thursday . . . at least TWO HUNDRED PEOPLE came to pay tribute to James at his funeral.
