Summer Concerts!

Spring is finally here, even though it is pretty chilly out
today. I always love the start of spring the flowers are blooming, I can
finally get my flip flops out, and most importantly we find out the summer
concerts!!
I am a huge music fan as I have said before and I love going
to shows at Riverbend. This years concert line up does not disappoint!
There are a few shows I am 100% pumped for and will be
getting tickets early for.
The Bamboozle Roadshow looks to be a big party. It is June
19th on a Saturday and includes some pretty amazing bands. Here is
the line up : All Time Low, Boys Like Girls, LMFAO, Third Eye Blind, Good
Charlotte, Forever The Sickest Kids, Simple Plan, CadyGroves, Great Big Planes, Mercy
Mercedes, Stereo Skyline, The Ready Set, Vita Chambers. Ive given a listen to
all the acts and I am planning on getting there early to not miss a thing! I
have had the pleasure of seeing all time low, boys like girls, LMFAO, and
Forever the Sickest Kids before. But I cannot WAIT to see Simple Plan, Good
Charlotte and Third Eye Blind, their songs take me back to the 90s and to high
school and I cannot wait to see them!
Vans Warped Tour, my summer is not complete until I go to at
least one date. I have gone the last 3 years and have had a blast every time.
It is a hot, sweaty, often smelly, but amazing time. They pile a buttload of
bands on to about 6 stages and it’s a day full of music. I always discover some
new band while I’m there. This year Warped will take over Riverbend on July 28th.
Let’s hope to have good weather this year!
Honda Civic Tour with PARAMORE and tegan and sera. No I am
not a huge Tegan and Sera fan but I absolutely adore Paramore. I have listened
to paramour since I was a senior in high school which was about 4 years ago. I
got the chance to catch paramore at warped tour and was blown away, Hayley can
sing! Usually live performances never stand up to the cd but that girl does it.
They are high energy and are all very close to my age so I can relate to them. This
is one show I am not missing. The cool part about the Honda Civic Tour is the
headlining band gets to design a Civic and then one lucky winner gets it after
the tour! This one is pretty sweet I hope I win it!!
Kings of Leon are coming through September 4th. This
band has really grown on me in the last year and I cannot wait to see them
live! Jordan
here is a huge fan of them and from what hes told me it should be an amazing
show.

Tim's Spring Break Tips. YES, your srping break will be awesome, BUT it will NOT BE as epic and picture perfect as you think it will be. 1. You’ll need a vacation after the vacation. 2. (if you haven't learned this rule in life yet, you will for sure at spring break) Really drunk people are annoying. 3. What happens on Spring Break doesn’t stay on Spring Break.
