Tuesday night, a photgrapher was trying to get a picture of Justin Bieber's famous Ferrari out and about in LA at a routine traffic stop. He crossed a highway trying to get a picture of the car but was struck by an on-coming vehicle and killed.

So tragic. Justin wasn't even in the car but upon hearing about it released a statement.

"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

The whole thing is really sad! Thoughts and prayers go out to the man's family.
