Sofia Vergara was at a Miami club with her fiance Nick Loeb and friends for NYE. However, apparently, Nick wasn't too happy about the fact that the club owner who got them the VIP was none other than an ex beau of Sofia's.

A source claims that the two lovebrids were already arguing during the night, then Nick started telling at a neighboring table while Sofia was taking pictures with them. Sofia tried to calm the situation but ended up getting pushed and shoved, her dress got ripped and her boobs came out in front of everyone! And her son Manolo was so offended that he left the club and Nick got thrown out! 

Another sourse says that afterwards the couple made up outside and went back to their hotel. CRAZY! We know they're passionate people but man! When the claws come out they come OUT! I bet those people who got a look at Sofia's goods are pretty happy though.
