Really?! Lindsay Lohan borrowed a $1,750 dress by Theia to an event but then returned it ripped in HALF!
Her excuse is that she was at a club, accidently ripped it and then asked a bouncer for scissors and turned the dress into a "mullet".
This is not okay Lindsay....get it together. And pay for it!
